I am a licensed real estate broker who first became involved in the purchase and sale of homes in Los Angeles, California nearly 20 years ago. I have been on both sides of a transaction since that time. As a seller, I know you want to sell your property for as much as possible and as quickly as possible. As a buyer, you want a great home, but don’t want to lose the shirt off your back in order to get it. 
 

I have also been a practicing attorney in California since 1998, negotiating, drafting and/or litigating countless agreements affecting residential and commercial real estate. I have seen how real estate disputes play out in court, and can spot potential pitfalls that will inevitably emerge during a sales transaction so that my clients can avoid them.
